I’ve never been able to run. Asthma. So I bought a bicycle in my early thirties. I did 100+ mile weeks for close to 10 years, until my wife got sick. Haven’t had the passion for it since then. I replaced it with gym work at the beginning of this year. So far that’s done the trick. Hopefully, the weather will clear up and I’ll be able to get on the bike soon. I’m looking forward to finding out much of a difference being in actual good shape again will make.
